Quickest Topping Everrrrrr – Fresh Berries Sauce

Here’s a quick and easy  recipe for making the yummiest fresh topping fsauce or pies, ice cream and fruits.  Simple ingredients in a few easy steps.  Great to keep in the fridge.

All you need is some fresh berries – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc. I only used two berries in my sauce to keep the flavour simple.

Heat your pan in low heat. Do not add oil.  Slice up the strawberries and add it to the pan with other berries.  Mash the strawberries to get the juice and flavours out.

Once the mashed berries start simmering, add sugar (white or brown) to taste. Stir the sugar in until it’s melted.

Turn off the heat and let the sauce cool. Pour onto your dessert or a container to store in the fridge.

I added the sauce to the ice cream and chocolate linguine topped with whipped cream. The linguine is made with chocolate powder!!
